ingredients

  • One full head of cauliflower

  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt

  • 2 Teaspoon of Pepper

  • 1 Tablespoon of butter

  • 1/2 Teaspoon of minced garlic

  • Chives

  • 1/4 cup chicken stock


Directions

1. Break the head of the cauliflower into florets and wash them.

2. In a separate pot boil the cauliflower for 7 minutes, or until soft

3. When cauliflower is soft, drain out the water and add the salt, pepper, chicken stock and cream cheese to the warm cauliflower.

4. Mix everything thoroughly 

5. With a potatoes masher, mix all the it until it has a mashed potato consistency.

6. Add butter and chives on top when potatoes have reached the right consistency.

7. Add salt and pepper if needed at the end.
